How ordering, payments, your data and our copyright work.
1. Who we are. EDExtra writes original practice, revision and predicted papers, notes and mark schemes for Cambridge IGCSE and O Level students, supplied as digital PDF files.
2. Not an exam board. EDExtra is not produced by, endorsed by or affiliated with Cambridge International or any other awarding body. Predicted papers are based on patterns in past exams and are a revision aid only. We cannot guarantee which topics or questions will appear in any real exam.
3. Orders and payment. Orders are placed by message on Instagram (@edextra.ie). Prices shown on this website are starting prices; we confirm the final price before you pay. Files are only sent after payment has been received.
4. Deposits for large or personalised orders. For bundles, personalised papers and other large or custom orders, we ask for a 50% deposit before we start work. The remaining 50% is paid before the final files are sent. If we cannot complete your order, we refund your deposit in full.
5. Payment confirmation. A payment counts as received only when it shows in our account. Screenshots alone are not accepted as proof of payment. Please send your payment reference or transaction ID with your order so we can find it quickly.
6. Previews and free samples. Before payment we may send previews, such as a picture of your personalised cover or first page, and free sample papers. These are watermarked and are for viewing only: they may not be printed, shared or used in place of a purchased paper.
7. Delivery. Files are sent as PDFs within the delivery time we agree with you. Please check your files when you receive them and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or wrong.
8. Refunds. Because our products are digital, we do not give refunds once files have been delivered. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not what you ordered, we will fix or replace it, or refund you if we cannot.
9. Your licence. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own study. You may print them for yourself. You may not share, resell, upload, forward or distribute them, in whole or in part. Teachers, tutors and schools need our written permission to use them with students.
10. Personalised papers. You are responsible for giving us the correct name and details to print on personalised papers.
11. Accuracy and liability. We check our papers carefully, but if you find a mistake please tell us and we will correct it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this website applies to new orders.
13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
What we collect. When you order, we collect what you send us: your name, your Instagram username or contact details, the subjects and papers you want, any name you want printed on a cover, and confirmation that you have paid. We never ask for or store card details.
This website. The site has no accounts or forms. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
How we use it. Only to take, prepare, personalise and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
Sharing. We never sell your information. We only share it where needed to take payment or deliver your order.
How long we keep it. We keep order records only as long as we need them to deal with your order and any questions about it.
Under 18? Many of our customers are students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before ordering.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging @edextra.ie or emailing edextra.ie@outlook.com.
